Another new feature allows drivers to preset the amount of fuel drawn for each transaction. This option has been requested by operators, who are actively managing fuel consumption to reduce costs and carbon emissions. Drivers can use this to optimise their vehicle loading in order to achieve best possible mpg economy performance.
For customers who prefer to use proximity keys as an alternative to existing data-keys, Merridale has introduced an option for read/write key fobs. Existing systems may be upgraded to accept the new keys and of course they can also be used in conjunction with existing data-keys if necessary.
