Andrew’s journey with the company began as Health and Safety Manager, where his expertise and dedication significantly enhanced workplace safety standards. Later, he transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, bringing the same passion and leadership to streamline operations and drive the company’s success.

In his subsequent role as Operations Manager, Andrew’s strategic vision and hands-on leadership were instrumental in optimising processes and supporting Merridale’s growth.
