For the very first time, Merridale will be attending the show as an exhibitor to showcase their latest fuel management equipment and specialist services.
Trade shows and exhibitions have always played an important part in the development and growth of Merridale, who first entered the refuelling market in 1995 with the UK’s first fuel management software designed for Windows-based office computers. Since then, a lot has changed for Merridale in terms of their equipment and technology, but they continue to be a market leader for fuel management manufacturing and are at the forefront for quality and design.
Their products now include storage tanks, tank management and pump systems, and a range of software. Designed in-house by Merridale, FuelWorks is a web-based software that allows users to monitor fuel usage, efficiency, and stock, predict restocking requirements and evaluate environmental impacts, therefore enabling fleet owners to adhere to FORS reporting standards.
National sales manager, Paul Russell, said “Trade shows are valuable exposure for any exhibitor but it also gives us the opportunity and platform to open up dialogue with companies about what is important to them when it comes to fuel management. Not only can we discuss potential solutions on the spot but shows can also spark new developments and challenges depending on what the Customer is trying to achieve. Primarily we are focused on fleet operators’ operational requirements and exhibiting at the Professional Recovery Tow Show allows us to engage those fleet operators and understand what they need when it comes to fuel management.”
