Once your new fueling equipment is installed, Merridale can provide you with access to their software and technical support helplines, inspections and calibration services, repairs, and ongoing updates when available. As part of this suite of support, Merridale have now launched a range of FuelWorks video guides and demonstrations.
Merridale customers can access a suite of online ‘how-to’ videos through the ‘guides’ section of their website, which will assist you through the most common queries relating to the equipment or software. These queries include ‘how do I add a new driver?’ and ‘how do I reconfigure a data key?’ with more videos to be added in the near future. For any other issue or for additional support, Merridale offers a dedicated phone line where you can talk to a member of the helpdesk.
As well as these ‘how-to’ guides, there is also a voiced FuelWorks demonstration which gives an in-depth look at the features and the benefits of the web-based software. The full demo video, which can be requested from the Sales Team, was designed to offer a first-glance to potential users without the need for a member of the sales team to visit in person.
