Merridale would like to extend a warm welcome to another new member of their team, Kara Kadzierski, who joins their Service & Support team.
When discussing the new appointment, Carole Russell, Service Manager said “Kara has become such an asset in such a short period of time. She was initially brought in to assist the Service department and has now actively taken on the responsibility of managing the extended warranty/service contract business line.”
Kara’s appointment comes as another member of the team, Emma Bowker, has gone on maternity leave.
“Emma has had a lovely baby boy, Louis, and both are happy and healthy. We wish her all the best and can’t wait for them both to visit.”
Kara explained “When I started working at Merridale 4 months ago, I was very nervous about switching jobs and moving away from the area that I knew and had been working in for 7 years. However, I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made in years! Everyone has been so welcoming, and I already feel like part of the furniture.
Carole, Emma and Jo have been amazing! They’ve taken me under their wings, shown me the ropes and guided me every second of the way, and continue to do so. Nothing is ever too much for them and no question is ever too silly! The manufacturing/service industry is completely new to me, although office administration has always been the main factor in my roles.
I’m so glad that I took the plunge in moving away from law firms to work for Merridale, they are a great company with a great team of people, who will go above and beyond to help their customers and colleagues.”
