Fuel Management as a Service - FMaaS

Internet connectivity enables complex business applications to be delivered on a subscription service basis. There is no longer any need to operate software on company PCs or servers or worry about data backups or system updates because with FMaaS, users are always on the latest standard.
Reports and alerts can be designed to suit specific operational requirements and the information can be accessed, as and where ever it is needed, from any standard web browser – whether this is an office computer or a mobile device.

Getting started is simply a matter of setting up the database and installing suitable remote communications links at the depot fuelling points.

The service is easy to use and most new users require minimal on-site set up or on-site training. A telephone help desk is provided to answer any question and provide supplementary training to ensure that customers are ready to get up and running without delay. More specialised training can be provided for administrators of multisite installations.

In addition to the standard functionality, the Merridale FuelWorks service is updated from time to time to cover different user requirements.

• The number of descriptor fields has been increased to allow fully customisable reporting to the highest standards.
• Improved communications using SMS text and e-mail to notify exceptional events, such as sudden stock loss detection.
