MIS Fuel Monitoring (Merridale) has made two new appointments to strengthen its front office team. Paul Russell has joined the company as a sales engineer. Emma Price has taken on a newly established role as a customer relations administrator.
“Many Fleet operators are telling us that they are now delighted with the Merridale build standards and functionality. It is now our emphasis to ensure that Merridale aftersales provision continues the standard set out by our products.” says sales director Stephen Hannan.

Paul Russell will be involved directly with customers, advising on operational requirements and managing new projects through – from initial enquiry to final commissioning.
As a customer relations administrator, Emma Price’s role is more office based, supporting both the service support and the sales department. This involves dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis as well as following up new quotations for equipment installations and planned service agreements.
